  • Dates: August 15, 2024 - August 14, 2025

  • How:

    • Choose a contemplative practice of your own and commit to it for 365 days.

    • You can practice on your own by setting your own time of the day and duration. 

    • This is an open and safe space. Any contemplative practice of your choice is welcome but please also respect the practice and reflections of your fellow practitioners and the community experience.

    • You are encouraged to share your practice notes and reflections with the community on a designated platform.

    • There will be zoom meetings for the community gathering.
