Silent Meditation Retreats

Silent Meditation Retreats offer an opportunity to step away from the constant demands of daily life and cultivate greater presence, clarity, and inner stillness. Conducted in silence, these retreats create the conditions for sustained reflection and direct observation of the mind.

Some retreats are guided by experienced contemplative teachers, including Zen Buddhist masters, and may follow a rhythm inspired by traditional monastic practice. While rooted in contemplative traditions, the retreats are open to anyone interested in exploring the transformative potential of silence and mindful awareness.

Contemplative Journeys

Contemplative Journeys combine travel, cultural immersion, and reflective practice. Participants visit places of historical, philosophical, and spiritual significance—including temples, churches, monasteries, and other centers of learning and contemplation—while engaging in guided reflection, dialogue, and contemplative exercises.

Through encounters with local teachers, practitioners, historians, and cultural experts, these journeys provide an opportunity to experience firsthand the traditions, landscapes, and communities that have shaped some of humanity's enduring wisdom teachings.

Parables & Meditation Retreats

Parables & Meditation Retreats are collaborative gatherings that invite participants to explore the human experience through reflection, dialogue, contemplative practice, storytelling, art, music, and other forms of creative expression.

 

These retreats are shaped by the experiences and perspectives of those who attend. They offer a space for meaningful conversation about life's challenges, transitions, aspirations, and deeper questions, while fostering a sense of shared humanity and connection.

Online Contemplative Practice Community

 

The Online Contemplative Practice Community provides a year-round space for participants around the world to support one another in developing sustainable contemplative practices.

Participants commit to a practice of their choice—such as meditation, reflective journaling, mindful movement, or other contemplative disciplines—and share observations, insights, and reflections with the community. Regular online gatherings provide opportunities for dialogue, encouragement, and mutual learning as participants integrate contemplative practice into everyday life.
