Morning Yoga


Everywhere we go, wherever we travel to, we try to find time for yoga. Even in places where we are visiting for the first time, doing yoga gives us a feeling of being grounded and connected. The satisfaction that comes from stretching our muscles and paying attention to the voices of our bodies is an added benefit.

On the beautiful island of Maui, we found local instructors who gave yoga classes every morning on the lawn facing the beach. Greeted by the gentle Hawaiian winds, looking up at the blue sky, and with our feet feeling the energy of the ground, we started each day with gratitude. "Namaste".
