MEDITATION

Meditation
Krueger & Lee currently offers the following types of meditation retreat:
Silent Meditation Retreats are conducted in silence for the duration of the retreat. Meditating in silence helps participants to get out of their thinking minds and connect to the stillness inside for a direct experience of life-changing wisdom. The retreats are sometimes guided by Zen Buddhist masters and follow a schedule that is close to the authentic Buddhist temple experience.
Contemplative Journey takes the participants on an actual journey to visit a site of spiritual significance, including temples, churches and ashrams of well-known teachers. This retreat combines contemplative practice sessions with site visits and conversations with local teachers and experts. The aim of the Contemplative Journey retreat is to provide a first-hand experience of the spiritual, historical and cultural context of the teachings and practices.
Parable & Meditation Retreat is co-created by the retreat participants with the personal stories and contemplative practices, art, music and other modes of expression that they bring. It is about being in touch with our common humanity and the interconnected nature of life through the experience of spiritual sharing. This retreat is meant to be a safe space for the participating seekers to share questions, reflections and thoughts that they come across on their journeys.
Online Contemplative Practice takes place throughout the year and provides an online space for practitioners in different corners of the world to connect and share their practices. Participants commit to a practice of their own choice and share their meditation notes and reflections on a common platform.
